As a Cultural Care local childcare consultant (LCC), I invite our host families and au pairs as well as those considering Cultural Care Au Pair to explore my site and learn about what is going on in our community. I provide year-round support to host families and au pairs, and also talk to families considering the program to help them determine if Cultural Care Au Pair is the right childcare solution for them.
I have been an LCC for Cultural Care since 1993. I am from Surrey, England, and I moved to the US in 1986. I am married and have two wonderful, grown-up children.
Being a consultant for Cultural Care Au Pair has enriched my life in many ways. Throughout the years, my family has had the opportunity to meet fantastic au pairs from around the world. We have learned from each and every one of them, and we continue to enjoy welcoming them into our home during their stay in the US.
I have been privileged to work with many wonderful host families and au pairs over the years. I understand how important it is to find the most compatible au pair, and I know the process of choosing the right au pair is very important for each host family. Having been an au pair myself and having raised a family, I understand that this is a big decision for both parties, so I take the matching process very seriously and make sure that both parties are satisfied once the matching process is complete.
Every month, my au pairs and I find fun things to do for our monthly meeting. Some past gatherings have been a game of bowling, barbecues, trips to the theater in Atlanta, picnics at High Falls State Park, and dinner parties at my house.
